Boo & Moo Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please allow up to 10 days for your orders to be made. We make all our cookies fresh to ensure that only the yummiest cookies get delivered to your horses. 

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your package by logging into your account or using Canada Post's website with the provided tracking number. If a different service provider is chosen for your order, additional information will be provided.

Free shipping offer is valid for purchases of merchandise CAD $50 and over to Canadian addresses. As of now we only ship within Canada.

  • Boo & Moo is not responsible and will not issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. However, if you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it with Canada Post on your behalf.
  • Since we are Horse treat company selling consumable goods, we do not accept any returns and refunds.
  • Boo & Moo is not responsible for items damaged due to weather/temperature-related complications.
  • We will do our best to help with any shipping delays; however, we cannot be responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. Delivery times listed are only estimates and do not take into account delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disaster, postal strikes, and any unforeseen circumstances.
